Ribera del Duero: 60 municipalities of 4 provinces, and more than 200 wineries, constitute the territory of this Guarantee of Origin & Quality.

Route The Golden Mile of the Ribera del Duero:
We go out in the morning from Valladolid to visit an important cellar in the region and tasting their wines. We continue with the visit to Peñafiel, the “plaza del Coso”, Castle and the Provincial Museum of the Wine. At noon, we enjoy a meal carefully crafted with products of the earth and irrigated with wines of the region and, in the afternoon, the Center of Interpretation of Wine Emina, in Valbuena de Duero, we’ll dip into the culture of wine.

Rueda: The production area covered by the D. O. Rueda is composed of 72 municipalities. The vineyard reaches its highest concentration and intensity in the municipal terms of La Seca, Rueda and Serrada. Although this Guarantee of Origin & Quality also produces rosés and red wines, are white wines which have given it international prestige.

Rute of D.O. Rueda:
In this route of one day we visit any of the main wineries in the area (Aura-Domeq, Yllera, Emina Medina del Campo,...). Wineries Antaño, in Rueda, has the magic of their tunnels of several kilometers, one of the main libraries in the region and a Painting Collection with works by renowned national and international artists. The tour will complete with a traditional lunch in Medina del Campo or Olmedo.

Cigales: The territory of Cigales extends from the northern sector of the Depression the river Duero , by an area of 574 square kilometers, on both sides of the river Pisuerga. Although this Designation of Origin is traditionally known for its rosés - or "claretes"-, in the last years it also produces red wines of quality remarkable.

Ruta de la D.O. Cigales:
We’ll start in Valladolid to browse the few kilometers that separate the capital of the municipality of Cigales. We´ll start the morning with a visit to Wineries Museum followed by tasting of wine and traditional snacks . We'll come after until Cubillas de Santa Marta to visit other wineries, like Alfredo Santamaría and Valdelosfrailes, and to eat in the restaurant and Center for Rural Tourism Pago de Trascasas. Already in the afternoon we’ll know Valoria la Buena ( Palace of S. XVIII, Palace of the Vizcondes of Valoria, Church of San Pedro, Hermitage of Cristo de la Esperanza...) and Cabezón de Pisuerga (medieval bridge, church of the S. XVI of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, monastery of Nuestra Señora de Palazuelos...) before return to Valladolid.

Enjoy its wines and tapas in a route selected of bars, know the buildings that harbored the biggest and most important cellars of medieval times, the monastery of San Benito, the church of San Pablo and the College of Santa Cruz, eat in one of our recommended restaurants and, after, admire the romanesque tower of "la Antigua", discover one of the museums of the city or, if you prefer it, visit some of its delicatessen shops.
