Courses of tasting

The tasting is the act which allows the assessment and classify the wines. The technique of the tasting is easy to learn. If you like the wine and you have sensitivity, your friends soon will consider you to be an expert and, which is better, soon you will enjoy the wine like it you had not done before: with all the senses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

An expert will guide you in each of the phases of the tasting : Visual analysis: color, transparency, brightness, intensity, nuances of pigment, density, bubbles... Analysis of the aromas: fruit trees, flowers, crops, roasted, and spices, valuing their cleaning, complexity and intensity. Analysis of the sensations in the mouth: heartburn, prints, sweet astringency given by the tannins, matter and body, balance, persistence of flavorings, etc

Develops your sensitivity and your language. You have to be able to express with words sensations, sometimes complex and fugitive, that you feel.
